I’ve managed multiple veterinary practices, so I understand how much happens behind the scenes to keep a business running smoothly. That experience shaped my meticulous approach to bookkeeping and my appreciation for an owner’s time.
At Rosemary Grove Bookkeeping, I bring that same attention to businesses across industries. My focus is on organized records, careful reconciliations, clear questions, and reports you can actually use.
I also understand the AAHA chart of accounts for veterinary practices. Whether you run a clinic or a different kind of small business, your bookkeeping is tailored to how your business operates.
Talk about your booksA dependable resource for monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations and cleanup—so your team can focus on the tax and advisory work your clients rely on you for.
Monthly bookkeeping, transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliations, catch-up work and one-time cleanup projects. I can also discuss overflow work with your team. We define the scope and responsibilities together before starting.
Your firm keeps the tax preparation, tax planning and advisory relationship. My role is to handle the agreed bookkeeping work and flag questions for the appropriate person. If a bookkeeping question needs a tax decision, I bring it back to your firm rather than making that decision on its behalf.
Clear financial reports, a searchable chart of accounts and transaction review, and ongoing communication about questions or missing information. Clients can find an account, explore its activity and flag items that need attention. You can explore the existing fictional sample and client review experience to see the format.
We agree on who receives updates and how questions are shared, with the client’s authorization. I keep questions specific, identify missing information and explain what is complete, what remains open and what input is needed next.
First, we discuss fit and the type of support needed. From there, we arrange an introduction, review the bookkeeping scope and agree on the engagement. The client authorizes any sharing of records and access before work begins. We also establish how your firm will receive agreed updates.
Yes. A referral does not have to become an ongoing monthly engagement. We can discuss a defined cleanup, catch-up or overflow project, including the period covered, deliverables and handoff expectations.
Payroll support, inventory-management options and notary services are also available to discuss. These are scoped separately to the client’s needs and do not change your firm’s tax role.
Let’s talk through the support you need and whether I’m the right fit.
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $500. These estimates help you plan; your flat fee is confirmed after reviewing your books, account count, transaction volume, and service needs.
All monthly packages include categorization and monthly bank / credit-card reconciliations. Transaction limits cover combined activity across included accounts. Payroll processing, inventory management, bill payment, detailed revenue reconciliation, historical cleanup, and software subscriptions are separately quoted. Loan and payment-processor accounts are assessed during scoping.
No. Rosemary Grove welcomes small businesses across industries. Veterinary practice management is part of Josalynn’s background and a source of specialized experience, rather than a restriction on who can receive services.
We first review the backlog and agree on a cleanup or catch-up project. Historical work is priced separately from ongoing monthly bookkeeping, so you know what each service costs.
Tell me your business type, accounting software, number of bank and credit-card accounts, approximate monthly transaction volume, and how current your books are. Please don’t email passwords, account numbers, or financial files in your initial enquiry.
Tax-return preparation and filing are not included. The goal is to provide organized books and financial reports for you and your tax preparer.
